At this time, the companies will continue to operate as two separate entities. You can use both clinics today as you have in the past. We will provide further updates in the coming months regarding the ability to use all clinics.

The merger was completed on June 30, 2025.
The plan is to have common branding at all clinics to deliver the uniform, high-quality patient experience our customers deserve and have come to respect. The integration process is expected to occur over the next few months.

Akeso Occupational Health is an organization comprised of 21 clinics throughout California. Akeso is a complete workplace health resource, focusing on the evaluation and treatment of health issues which arise from work or environmental exposures, enabling injured employees to return to work as soon as possible. These clinics improve injured workers’ outcomes through a focus on the patient and a commitment to better partnerships with the payor. The experts at Akeso Medical believe the key to fixing the workers’ compensation system centers around a dedicated group of physicians committed to the right care without financial incentives for over-treating injured workers. These highly skilled physicians are backed by a clinical organization that works more closely with the insurance carrier and employer to make sure that the right care is delivered in a timelier manner.
